On test day

Candidates arriving late may not be allowed to take the test and will be charged to rearrange their test.

It is important that candidates arrive at their test centre at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start of their test to give them ample time to check in and orientate themselves.

Upon arrival at the test centre, you should give the check-in agent at the centre reception BOTH of the following:

• your confirmation email from Pearson VUE this can be on your phone or on paper
• one piece of photographic identification from the list here.
